Happy and Happy "April 15th" World Cooks Day celebrated by the culinary community of the international world countries ... 

 

I sincerely congratulate the "World Cooks Day" of the respected chefs of the Turkish cuisine, the respected chefs of the Turkic republics and all our colleagues who practice the culinary profession all over the world.

 

On the occasion of "World Cooks Day";

As the World Envoy of Ottoman and Turkish Cuisine and Chief Chef Ahmet Özdemir, I would like to state that;

 

I wanted to share with you  the text that I wrote with the aim of being  a guide for my new professional volunteer brothers who will carry us, our profession and Turkish Cuisine to the future, based on the meaning and importance of the day.

 

For the future of Turkish cuisine, I recommend and hope to our volunteer brothers and sisters to adopt a principle in their professional lives by taking into account the following text, and even memorize it...

 

"Cooking Oath"

 

As a Turkish Cuisine Cook and Turkish Chef;

 

Rooted and rich Turkish cuisine with a fusion experience of thousands of years ,

While performing as an exemplary Turkish chief now and in the future ;

I will protect human health without hesitation in accordance with Turkish morality and culture ,

 

I will learn the Craftsmanship understanding of Turkish Cuisine History and take an example,

By teaching my apprentices , I will carry it to our future generations,

The historical flavor of my own past and geography , which is the essence of our heritage;

Traditional Turkish Cuisine , which has been a source for Asian and European cuisines ,

 

The world's exemplary taste, the unique Ottoman and Turkish cuisine ,

Ottoman palace cuisine , the richness indicator of the sea and land Silk Road ,

Our regional and regional cuisines, which are the subject of domestic and foreign travelers ,

I will keep it alive in the menus of the businesses I work for and in my professional life,

 

I will develop my talents and skills primarily in our kitchens ,

I will first introduce my knowledge and experience with examples from our own kitchens ,

I will refer to my country and the world as Turkish cuisine, the dishes I have developed ,

I will name the products from my geography and my special dishes in Turkish ,

 

While working with the culinary institutions of my country in domestic and foreign organizations ,

I will unconditionally protect the interests of Turkish cuisine with the thought of us, not me,

I will keep the sanctity of team thought alive within the same studies ,

I will always respect and support my colleague in my own kitchen,

 

I will be worthy of the trust shown to me or my team with all my knowledge and experience,

I will bring new dishes to our kitchen by researching my professional history and taking an example ,

Regardless of religion, language, race and geography in the culinary profession based on nutrition ,

As a Turkish cuisine chef, I will unconditionally and unconditionally keep my culinary culture alive .

 

On behalf of the Turkish nation , I will protect the honor of our cuisine and the culinary profession ,

I promise on my craftsmanship and morality, my honor, my honor and my honor...

 

I would like to specifically indicate;

In the near future, I will try to present it to you, the kitchen volunteers, by making a "work" that can be read in cooking schools in the form of a "cooking oath" or "cooking anthem" related to our cuisine, similar to this text. In addition, I think it is my duty, on behalf of myself and our kitchen, to pave the way for our friends who can produce better works by organizing and encouraging a competition for our friends who are more knowledgeable, have academic and literary education, by presenting a certain award on behalf of Turkish Cook News . 

 

It is a bit sad that I personally think about such issues when there are so many Cooks' associations, Cooks federations and Chefs' confederations in our community. In fact, until today, there is not even a work of our kitchen that can be called "address or oath" written by the person above . The necessary appreciation will be made by the community in the FUTURE .
